QiGong is a powerful and ancient self-healing practice that can benefit the mind, body, and spirit. Qi (Chi) translates to mean "life-force energy," and Gong means "to work or cultivate." In modern QiGong, we explore acupressure, slow stretches, gentle flowing movements, breath-work, and stillness, all while maintaining a strong focus on presence.


Originating in China over 5,000 years ago, QiGong is a versatile and accessible practice that offers a range of physical, mental, and emotional health benefits. In a QiGong class, you can expect to focus on your body (through posture and movement), breath, and mind (through meditative components), all while cultivating a connection with yourself in a holistic way.


If you're interested in health and well-being, relief from pain, longevity and vitality, reducing stress, aging well, and clarity of mind, then QiGong may be the right practice for you. This practice is suitable for all ages and levels of fitness, even if you have little or no experience with QiGong.



In this Kundalini yoga class, we will focus on our breath, use special mantras, and awaken a powerful energy within us. This practice can help us transform energy, access our intuition, and experience higher consciousness. By practicing Kundalini yoga regularly, we can improve our physical and mental health, live a balanced and happy life, and access our "birthright" of happiness.


Our Kundalini meditation uses mantras that may take us into a hypnotic state. When I first started practicing Kundalini meditation, I was seeking more energy, but what it actually gave me was the tools to rewire and upgrade my brain and nervous system. Kundalini meditation helped me overcome the dark side and find my light. If you're looking to change your mind from darkness to light, Kundalini meditation is a powerful and effective way to do so.

As a teacher, it brings me joy to share these teachings with others and help them experience the transformative power of Kundalini yoga for themselves.
