EFT or “tapping” is a form of therapy that involves both cognitive and somatic components, making it an effective tool for easing stress and anxiety, supporting a positive mindset, healing trauma, and reprogramming the subconscious mind.  


It is done by gentle tapping on a series of acupressure points on the face and body whilst simultaneously speaking a phrase, or affirmation. It is quick to do, you can do it at any time, and the effects are quick to take place. All ages can benefit from EFT, including children, and what makes this tool so great is that it can be used in so many ways!   


Some examples of what you can use EFT for: 

  • Reducing anxiety & symptoms of stress, including physical pain in the body 

  • Gently working through trauma 

  • Assistance coping with intense emotions such as anger, grief, and fear 

  • Becoming aware of negative beliefs, releasing them, and creating positive new ones 

  • Lowering cortisol levels and increasing endorphins 


EFT can also be used to support you with:
