Hey everyone, Ness Curry here from Happyness.

 

I'll be bringing a Dru Yoga experience to you at this amazing festival. Dru is a very gentle, flowing style of yoga used in rehabilitation programs and great for helping you to feel grounded, centred and peaceful.

 

We will start with a fun warm up (activation) and then move into an energy block release sequence....a series of movements designed to help free any blocked energy whilst stretching your whole body.

 

Moving on from here into more movements or another sequence depending on what you will all benefit from the most. The class will finish up with a beautiful deep relaxation helping you to further destress and feel energised and awakened. I can't wait to share with you.

On a personal note, I'm a happily married mum of 3 (teenage sons) and I discovered Dru Yoga after a major surgery in 2016. I am a fully qualified Dru Yoga and Meditation teacher, as well as specialising in Back Care and Wellbeing, and Kids & Teens Dru Yoga. See you soon :-)
